The Pella Resthouse is situated on a hill top, built in the traditional architecture style. It offers magnificent views of the Roman ruins and the expansive panorama of the West Bank mountains.

The dishes served in the Resthouse reflect the traditional food of the region. The Resthouse considers itself as part of the local community and is staffed by residents of Pella.
